Refund Policy

At BlackGuard Technologies, we stand by the quality and professionalism of our work. We’re committed to delivering exceptional IT and cybersecurity services that meet or exceed client expectations. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Consulting Services

Due to the nature of our business — where time, expertise, and custom solutions are delivered — completed services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for hours worked, project deliverables, or advisory services already rendered.

2. Prepaid Services or Retainers

If a client pays in advance for services (such as monthly retainers or blocks of consulting hours), refunds may be available for unused time or deliverables under the following conditions:

  • The client provides written notice of cancellation before services begin

  • Services have not yet been initiated or resources allocated

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on how much of the scope has been fulfilled.

3. Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled mid-way by the client:

  • The client will be billed for all completed work up to the point of cancellation

  • Any remaining balance for unused services may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on project progress and incurred expenses

4. Client Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue through:

  • Additional revisions

  • Clarifications or rework

  • Service credit toward future work

Refunds for dissatisfaction are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

5. No Refunds for Digital Deliverables

Any completed documentation, reports, compliance checklists, diagrams, or tools delivered in digital format are non-refundable once delivered.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or dispute a charge, please email us at arash@blackguardtech.com within 7 days of the invoice or service delivery. Include:

  • Your name and company

  • Date of the invoice or project

  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
